"This house has it all. Beautiful garden with hot tub and bbq hut. Inside the garden room with log burner was a great place to hang out . Only 5 minutes drive to Hawick so we went every day to do walks and pick up groceries. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed it in spacious dining room."

"This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at- beautifully clean, great facilities and so many lovely thoughtful touches! It really felt like luxury as everything was just so high quality. The underfloor heating, log burner and amazing mattress/sheets were highlights for us! Loved the complimentary extras too, particularly the pint of milk as you often forget to bring that when you arrive in the evening. The view from the kitchen is very special when you’re making your morning cup of tea....
