"The property is very nice, smells wonderful when you walk in and found everything to be clean. We had a wonderful time sitting by the fire each night and the river was peaceful and relaxing. I do want to let future renters know that there is no cell service for Verizon at this location, but you can drive a few miles down the road and get cell service."

"This place was amazing. It was in more of a secluded area than I originally realized. However, it was so lovey to be out in the woods given we are city people. We through a party for my sister that just involved siblings. It was great to bring together my family from all over and spend it in a calm quiet relaxing environment. I would absolutely suggest anyone going here if they are looking for a private get away!"

"We enjoyed the peacefulness of this stay at Cabin 4. The high, large, full windows all along the front of the home gave a beautiful view of soaring trees and river. The caretaker, Tim, was very helpful and brought us what we needed quickly ( a can opener and grate so we could grill outside over wood he provided). "Location was great to access the beach and restaurants. Cabin was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the grill and campfire pit. We had several visits from a Doe and her fawn right in the back and side yard. Front deck with patio seating was also a nice touch."

"Overall this was a decent place. The host would do well to provide more personal information regarding local sights to not miss, food spots for various cuisines, and tips to enhance the stay - like be sure to keep coolers inside to avoid visits from racoons. Also would have been nice to have a guest book that wasn't filled up. The location was close to Pentwater and Ludington which was great. All in all - a really nice place to stay!"
