“We had an accessible room, that was awesome. The only thing I miss was a small cabinet between the lav and the toilet or shelf where I could set some toiletries .”

“Our room and bed were comfortable. The motel location is great. It's close to the beach, in the downtown business area, close to good restaurants and very close to The House of Flavors! Also, the price was right.”

“Starting off hotel insisted on holding funds equivalent to another room when reservation was paid in full. They offered to cancel when I questioned it, but the hold was already applied and they don’t release quick enough to allow another room to be booked elsewhere. So we stayed. Room seemed ok but was crazy hot. Then the bathroom door wouldn’t close and latch. The toilet screws were filthy. There was moulding lifted in the bathroom. Then at night the main door had so much light coming……

“The hotel served its purpose of a place to lay our heads and pretty much nothing else. The bathtub/shower was pretty filthy, but the room itself was fine. It was in a very quiet location & easily accessible. There was no water fountain & breakfast was interesting, as it is in the Asian restaurant connected to the hotel? Overall, it was just fine and worked for what we needed & a cheap price point.”

“I had 2 interactions with the staff outside of checking in and out and in both cases, the staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly fixed or investigated the problem. Although construction was going on, I really didn't see much evidence of it. My room was clean and very comfortable. I would go back again if I'm in the Ludington area and recommend it to others.”
