The breakfast was hot and lots of choices. We enjoyed a beverage while we waited for our dinner order (to-go) at a the Winward restaurant/bar on the top floor. The bartender was very attentive and engaging. The fitness room it excellent for a hotel, I was able to get in a full workout with a great view. Most of the staff was excellent, however, during our check-in and throughout the remainder of the day the front desk clerk (Curtis) was not very friendly. He seemed like he hated his job. Not friendly, never smiled, didn't engage in conversation, and throughout the rest of the day as we passed by he was just sitting scrolling on his phone. He wasn't unprofessional, just didn't present well to us as guests, rather seemed like we were bothering him by having to check us in. All other staff were very friendlly and helpful throughout the remainder of our stay. Will definitely be back."
