Our mostly owner occupied street is the nicest lagoon location in Sea Isle City. This sunny bay front home has been lovingly renovated and now offers a unique retreat from today's world. Find sunshine on the dock and central A/C inside. A big flat screen TV in the living room and smaller ones in each bedrom. Included is TV service and wireless high speed internet.

There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout and we keep the home clorox clean. Outside there is a small hot/cold shower, a shaded porch, a sunny deck plus docks and boat slips for you to use and enjoy.

There is a red plastic wagon to bring provided sand chairs to the beach (short 3 block walk) This is a one of a kind property! Interesting. Ecclectic. Classic. Cheerful. Clean. EASY off street parking for 2 vehicles. Can squeeze another.

We are a nice couple who take great pride in sharing our family home. We have adult children and grandchildren.

Landlord also own and manages VRBO #33343 and VRBO # 1261635. For health and safety, this property is smoke free! And while the owners are pet lovers, in deference to tenant allergies and local sand fleas, this home is pet free.

BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES
Beach tags, kitchen dish cloths, kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads, quilts and bath mats.

We sanitize prior to each tenant but you and your family are responsible for leaving the home clean at your departure. If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season.

CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in)

CHECK OUT TIME is Saturday 10 AM

So sorry but for the safety of renters my housekeepers need ample time to complete sanitizing the home as well as use of the limited driveway space. If you need ice for your coolers the ice house is 2 blocks away. And if you need restroom facilities there is one on our promenade near the center of town

- Self cleans oven final night & wipes up top spills
- Grill is cleaned of food debris & grease. Propane turned off & grill cover replaced
- Hoses off porch & porch furniture
- Empties & relines waste baskets (liners in house)
- Sorts trash. Promptly removed from house & placed in cans with lids. No overflowing
- Does laundry - all week long - mattress pads, pillow protectors, towels, throws, blankets & quilts. All can go in washer & dryer
- Wipes up bath rooms daily. The changeover crew scours, scrubs, uses toothbrushes, toilet bowl scrubs, glass cleaner & serious chemicals each week. BUT with a houseful of people using the bathrooms every day…bathrooms cannot return to awesome each week unless every rental group keeps them clean with frequent sprays of scrubbing bubbles, glass cleaner and daily maintenance (supplies in home)

Amazing Location on the Bay
Beautiful home on the bay, exactly as pictured. Stacy was great at communicating with us and made the process very easy. She brought beach tags over for us to use during our stay. The bay was wonderful, the paddleboards, kayaks and dock that are available to use made the trip so special. Very short walk to the beach. We were able to use the grill as well. The house itself has everything you could need. This is a quiet street so preferable to families. Thank you for a great week in Sea Isle!

The condo was beautiful. Just as described. It was fully equipped with everything you would need. On the water, near the beach and center of town. Communication with the owner was excellent. Quick to respond and assist in whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this townhouse and host.

Perfect in every way!
If you’re looking for a breathtaking, relaxing , enjoyable getaway this is it! The house has it all. From amenities, to a deck overlooking the beautiful, peaceful bay. Beach is just a couple of blocks down yet the house and bay was all we needed. We were here on the off season for a week and debated extending our stay as leaving and going back to reality was difficult.

Beautiful location!
My family and I had an amazing time staying at this home! The home was clean and even provided small things that most homes don’t, which was so nice. Our favorite part of the home was the dock!! Perfect to keep our boat and also for some swimming! Can’t wait to do it again.

Great Location
We loved the property and location. The owner was super responsive right from the beginning. The house is very well equipped, we could have used a large pot for pasta but other than that everything you really need is there. We loved using the paddleboards and the sea kyacks. On thing to note is that one of the twin beds is in a room off the kitchen. It worked out fine, but I thought that there were three twins all in one room together. We loved it so much we want to book it again for next summer!

Charming house; great location
This house was clean and beautifully decorated. Although not small, it had a really charming cottage feel. Everything we needed was provided, including hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies. The location was beautiful, on an inlet, where you can go out in boats, floats, or just jump off the dock to swim. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and prompt.

Wonderful Vacation Retreat!
This home and the location was outstanding. Everything you could ever think of was in the house, all you need to bring is your sheets, clothes and personal items. Everything else was included. The home was comfortable and I kept saying it was the cleanest house I think I've ever been in in my life. The decor was so pretty with a victorian theme. There were tons of beautiful picture books to go through, games to play and to say it was relaxing is an understatement. The location on the bay was perfect, waking up in the morning and sitting on the deck or the covered porch was perfect and the sunsets at night were breathtaking. The neighbors are friendly and there was plenty of parking for everyone. The owner answered questions and addressed concerns promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great house
This was a great house on a nice street. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen and living room layout, the nice furniture, and the pretty decor. Being a foodie, I especially liked the cooking implements and small appliances available (waffle maker, crock pot, Crab pot, espresso maker- this house had them all and more). The dock was excellent. All in all a nice house!

Family getaway
A perfect location and exquisite home. Absolutely everything was there we needed. The house was immaculate and clean. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. Riding bikes and walking was easy to beach, dining and local park. Would be great for a girls trip away also ❤️

This property is nothing less than a WOW! Stacy and her husband enhanced and customized every inch of this charming property. It's decorated beautifully with cozy furniture and comfy bedding. The kitchen is outfitted soup to nuts. No need to bring anything. Stacy has thoughtfully provided pretty much everything. Pack your clothes and toiletries and go have fun! Great neighbors to boot! Looking forward to going back.

Great week on the bay in Sea Isle
We loved the location of this property! The bay and all the toys we had at our disposal were awesome. Three blocks to the beach then come home to row or paddle around the corner to watch the sunset. So much fun. Tracy’s house has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing vacation.

Mother-daughters beach week
We had a fantastic week in Sea Isle City. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay. The house has everything you need and the hosts are helpful and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect multi-generational vacation
This was our first time in Sea Isle City and it won't be our last. The house was perfect for our multi-generations. The three bedrooms and two full baths provided the privacy that we all needed (84 years old grandparents, 30 year old newlyweds, and me and my husband). The location filled everyone's needs; It's close to take out/eat in restaurants and our hosts provided kayaks, SUPs, and floats to take advantage of the bay after spending the day at the beach. The house has two porches that provided casual dining and daydreaming for all of us. We had a blast!

How was perfect!
The house was beautiful. We didn't have the best weather but the house still made us feel like we were on vacation. Being on 45th was great, all the main shops were within walking distance and the beach was only a few blocks away. Amazing bay views as well! Home owner provided paddle boards and kayaks, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this rental to anybody. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise!
