"My friend and I had the most spectacular stay at John's property! He was the consummate host--so clear in all information about the property and so helpful in making sure we had the most enjoyable beach trip possible. We loved the gorgeous villa, the less than 2-minute walk to the beach, the beautiful view of the ocean from the well-appointed deck, and such easy convenience to everything Seabrook and the Kiawah Island areas have to offer! John made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and was so responsive to anything I asked him about prior to our Seabrook visit. Enjoy the dolphins that will greet you at every hour of the day!!"

"Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants. "

"The home is super comfortable and cozy and is really well stocked and has everything you need - thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Will be back. "

"The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit."

"This was the perfect place for us! Well stocked kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was a different plus. We enjoyed the beach chairs as well. Doug and Nancy were readily available to answer any questions."

"Great location on Edisto river. Neighbors were quiet but friendly. View from back deck was perfect for sunsets. We prefer to cook our meals and the kitchen could have been stocked better- there were some tools but utensils is an area to add. The dishwasher was functional but might need to be looked at for service. Bath and bedroom were nice- good water pressure. The area which is an opportunity for most improvement is the pillows on the bed- please replace as they were not usable. Unit was as described in listing, no problems getting around on island nor parking. "
