“I had reserved a one bed non smoking room but when i arrived to the property, the receptionist just said they said a one bed but it was a smoking room. I just agreed, I didn’t think anything of it. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit in the face with very strong intense smell of cigarettes. There were burn holes in the sheets, the sheets were stained, there was a bug on a towel in the bathroom, the walls were yellow and stained, the walls were stained with black smears all over it and beat……
