The front desk workers were very nice and accommodating. I will definitely book at this hotel again if I need to go back to the JFK area."

"Clean and fresh smelling. Close to airport so convenient for travel. Substantial breakfast and gluten free muffins available. Staff let the hotel down and are not responsive with queries. None of the emails or digital systems they use like early check in were working, but it’s was very clean and well appointed and is return. "
