We were in room 154 this time, on the first floor, and the noises in the early morning hours were quite loud due to the housekeeping areas being right next to the room. Lots of doors shutting loudly. That is my only complaint, and I wouldn’t stay in this particular room again because of it. The staff here are lovely, accommodating and helpful. The cookies and chowder are a great bonus! “This was an unexpected gem. We booked one night while driving down the coast -I had no idea what a fantastic experience this would be. The room was spotless and unique. The location perfect-can walk to the beach, and the amenities offered-drinks, snacks, breakfast offerings, board games, movies and outdoor area to name just a few. “The property was right on the water, and had the absolute best view. Our balcony was perfect and the property was so much more quaint than the surrounding ones. Small complaints were the furnishings, the stools inside were falling apart, and needed to be maintained. The place needed to be painted, as you could tell its been well loved, and our outside windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. However, the inside was clean, and you could tell the housekeeping staff cared about the……
