Our only real issue, and not under the host's control, was the scarcity of parking. At the time of our visit, several nearby houses were being renovated and often half a dozen work trucks……

There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day. He said only the owner was allowed to park there. Property management company got involved and handled the issue. The unit was very dirty. The sofa is totally sunken in and has……
