“This was everything I needed. After having my camping trip rained out by tornado warnings I just needed somewhere safe through the night and couldn't commit to any sketchy hotels on the side of the road. I'd heard Seward was a safe town so I bet on Cobblestone and they did not disappoint. I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I got here. Nice illuminated and visible parking and I was greeted very warmly at the front desk. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable. I……

“Went to check in nobody aound ran buzzer and called property waited 20mins and mobody showed went to eat called third finally answered and got checked in. Beds are out dated very poor.”

“Rooms were dirty cabinets doors were falling off along with they were filthy. All the floors were filthy, not only in the room, but the elevator in the hallways staff was rude especially the night staff woman.”

“May 2, 2026. Property is all torn up, in process of switching from Comfort Inn to Springhill suites. Materials in lobby, all walls bare with prior wallpaper torn off, room itself with construction started. Hotel is operational, but should have some way of letting customers know the whole place is torn up before booking. O”

“Upon entering both rooms that were booked we turned around and demanded a refund. Room was dirty, there was a hole where the peep hole was supposed to be, dirty bed and bedding. Pillows and mattresses were stained and completely flat. Not to mention the yellow hand print on the bathroom wall. Another guest advised us to leave before we even got to the rooms. I still have yet to get my refund. This place should be closed down. ”
