One thing to note is the upstairs room with the futon in it is a pass-through room that two other bedrooms open into, we had a teenager sleeping in there, and it was fine, but not much privacy. Compared to many other Boston properties, the stairs are not too steep, and not too narrow, which was great for my in-laws. Would love to...
