I didn't have a car and there was not much too walk to. If I had had a day off, then it is a pretty short walk to some trail heads that looked fun to explore.

We did not liked that we ordered room service thinking they will bring the cart with the food in regular dishes and utensils, like in any hotel of this level, and instead they brought our food in a shopping bag on disposable containers/plastic utensils(???). The room and building is exactly as described and fulfilled what we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The common area and bathrooms were cleaned daily. will recommend Homewood Canton ----accessible to various points of interest in the Boston area.
Didn't really spend any time in Canton - we drove in & out of Boston.
Canton is a cute, charming town!
