“After driving 12 hrs and exhausted we finally arrived to checking to our room that we booked a week ahead. Only to find out they only check in guest from 3 to 6 pm , this was not made clear on the booking site ! This is a hotel . My children and I had no where to sleep in the dead of night with no cell phone signal in the middle of nowhere at 11 at night . After no success in reaching the hotel staff we needed up driving a Treacherous Road almost hit six deer but finally found a town two hours……

“It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.”

“Unusually designed hotel. Each room had an exterior door and we had to walk 1/2 block to go to our free breakfast. The food selection was not as varied as some other hotels but was adequate. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large with a nice sized vanity. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants since it was downtown and we were given a map of the restaurants and they type of food they served.”

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with……

“We lived all the personal touches. They made fresh donuts every morning and delivered them to your room at the time we choose. Soft serve ice cream available in the lobby for free. Room was large and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.”
