"The room was clean, and it was quiet where our room was. However, there were only 2 pillows on the bed that provided no support, there was no soap by the sink...only hand lotion, no washcloths were provided, and the TV was turned off unexpectedly before 10 a.m. even though checkout wasn't until 11 a.m....'not sure what that was about,..'couldn't ask staff in the office when I went to turn in our key cards because the door was locked, and no one was there."

"Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had to use their bathroom. We have stayed there many times in the past and never had such a bad experience. We all agreed that the whole staff was high on drugs as well. This is no way to run a business!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. "
