“Showed up to check in at 4 the property was still being cleaned. She left shortly after. The room smelled so strong of bleach we could barely be in there. Dirty towels were left hanging. The couch cover was gross. The walls and doors had dirty black marks that looked like they hadn't been wiped down in forever. The rug out on the porch was disgusting! The picture of the property doesn't show that there's a huge tree blocking half of the view of the water.”

“This hotel was great, the room was large enough to accommodate our family of 6, kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were clean. Pool was great, our kids loved the pool. The negative part was that the bathrooms doors would not lock, for some reason the locks didn't work. Also the water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress on the sofa was an air mattress witch was kinda strange, and it leaked air, I had to add air twice a day. Customer service was fantastic, I asked for replacement……
