“The room was comfortable and sufficient. The guy at late night check in was polite and efficient. Breakfast and the breakfast manager were the real disappointment. My family and I ate between 7:45-8:15 and we came into the dining room to hear a customer and the breakfast manager in a heated discussion with the customer asking for a manager to be called.
