“We arrived and the cabin is really hot, especially in the upstairs bedroom. The shower door seems like it's about to fall off. The bed is super hard and the comforter/quilt is falling apart. We were supposed to be staying in a condo but they cancelled it and put us here and it's just not what I was expecting. The pictures looked nice overall, I'm just disappointed and would have preferred the original place we booked.”

“These people are awful terrible and I really had to beg for a towel. The floors were disgusting and nasty. They will not give you coffee with sugar and cream unless you beg for it!!! I got so angry with these people I wanted to scream at them!!! I couldn't get a refund on my 4 nights and that made it worse! I came here for business and to make money and my last night here was to get some sleep and they pounded at the door at o early thirty waking me up to ask me if I was leaving today!!! CHECK...

“Since they Lodge failed to provide Expedia with a discrimination I called the Lodge to find out if the room was lakeside or street view and they said they had no rooms that fit the discrimination of the room I rented that were not lake view, except one that was a handicap/veterans room. I asked twice to make sure. It ended up, upon checking in, that they had no rooms that fit the discrimination with a lake view. So no lake view for someone who only wanted a lake view.
