"We book this hotel for our granddaughter's graduation. Upon check in we were not told the elevator was out of order and they put us on the second floor. We had to make several trips up and down the two flights of stairs to get our luggage and we are in our late 60's and early 70's. The room was clean but there was no shower gel, soap, or coffee in the room. The air conditioner made a loud noise when it cut on and off. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a Choice Hotel that only served toast, waffle and cereal for breakfast. There was no night staff available when needed. The toilet stopped up so they gave us a plunger the next morning. I guess there was no maintenance person. Upon checkout there was nobody available to ask questions or give us a receipt, so we will never stay at this hotel again."

"Needs an update big time. . Old furniture looked terrible. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Hallway dirty and dingy as well as the elevator. Breakfast choice was very small. Same thing each day. Eating area clean and nice. Coffee dispenser needs updated. I want to compliment the room cleaners. Extremely nice and helpful. Convenient location."

"Good thing my standards are fairly low or I would’ve left. Even with that, I’m not sure who these people are leaving exceptional reviews? The stench of sex wants to make you gag! Believe me…. I’ve been known to sleep on a picnic table it the mountains in Wyoming to wake up at 3 am freezing because I got in too late to put my tent up while riding my motorcycle. I’d do that any day over staying here! Pay attention to the poor reviews, not the bogus exceptional ones. You’ve been warned!!!"

"The hotel appeared to be in desperate need of repair. The carpets were torn, the walls and baseboards were dirty, the doors and moldings were in need of cosmetic repair, the halls had an oder, and it was just overall dirty. The parking lot had trash all around it. I have been a guest at other Sleep Inns, and they were fine and most of all clean. I have never completed a hotel review or any other review until now."
