“Room was very clean, a few minor hiccups in the first room but the staff was very courteous and immediately accommodated me with a different room. The staff was very helpful with all concerns and questions about the area. Would highly recommend. ”

“It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.”

“I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.”

“We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10”
