Everyone is super sweet! There was not one offering or checkin on drinks on the gambling floor is the only single complaint I have. Service at checkin was excellent, bell service was excellent, our server at the diner was fun and perfect. Even the customer service getting coffee in the morning was great. Cheers!

The hotel was sufficient for my purposes. I needed a place for myself and husband to stay for the Mudbug Madness Festival, which turned out to be right around the corner. Was not thrilled with the cafe in the lobby. We came back from the festival and wanted coffees, which ended up being ridiculously expensive! And, service was slow. The cakes we ordered to go with the coffee were good. We sat in the restaurant and everything was served in to-go containers?

It is so beautiful, from the hotel to the area that it’s in. We went during memorial day weekend and it was festival going on at the time. It was almost walking distance but it was very active and fun here.

I've never stayed at a casino before. As a first time, it wasn't bad at all. Steak place in the lobby is really good, and the floor drinks in the casino are strong.

It was old and musty…..needed a significant deep cleaning. The carpet was in need of replacement or deep cleaning - feet were dirty after walking - Mold in the shower - the whole floor - no trash can in the room. The halls were filthy with dirt all around the walls and around trash cans. I will say the beds were super comfy and the staff was great. Only staff issue was the front desk on check in acted too busy to check us in. Only one girl was actually checking in while the other one as just leaning on the counter.
