“Check in person was not very informative - maybe it was someone filling in when we arrived. The breakfast was very good and service at breakfast was wonderful. The building is old, so I didn't expect a modern level of amenities. Our bathroom door was very sticky- so hard to close and open. There were also wires and extension cords all over, which seems precarious. And still not many outlets actually usable for guests.”

“The only thing we were confused about was it was not a bed and breakfast..but was listed as one online. No Breakfast. Everything else was great, and clean and cozy. The new TV was working but last day no signal could not watch TV. I was so happy they let us check out at 2 pm, as our trip back to Edmonton was early in evening. Coffe was so nice, and it was a pleasure to stay. We would return for sure.”

“Overall place was okay. Ideas to make things better. 1. There were no staff or contact numbers available to help and answer questions. 2. No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. ”

"Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly."
