“When were welcomed with soft lighting and zen music playing on the TV when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed for the night. The only issue was the bbq wasn't operational, so we pivoted our dinner plans.”

This was the perfect place for our group of 4 a pup on the island - pet friendly, clean, spacious, well equipped (full kitchen tvs in every room!), and close to Victoria for exploring. The little yard was the perfect size for our pup to sniff around and lay in the grass (we have a medium sized husky/shepherd cross). The place was bigger than I expected and felt spacious for our group of 4. The bedrooms are on opposite sides, which is always nice for extra privacy. The……

“I do not recommend this VRBO. Communication with the host was spotty at best and the property was a let down. The bed in spare room was broken. When the host was contacted about the bed, they admitted that they knew it was broken but, had not disclosed this information to us as the renters. TV in the living room would not connect to internet or any type of tv service. Contacted host to inquire and they ignored our question. There was one wash cloth for a family of five. No drying cloths or tea……

“The property is clean, nice, and well maintained. The only issue is that there is no parking available on the property, so I had to park in the public parking area across the road. The area is very dark at night, with no streetlights, and the property itself does not have adequate outdoor lighting. This made it difficult and somewhat uncomfortable to walk from the parking area to the property after dark. It is also dangerous to cross the street at night.”
