Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn by IHG

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn by IHG

8/10 Good
"Would like to acknowledge some folks that contributed to our comfortable stay at Holiday Inn express. Miss Tiffany, Miss Bri and Miss Vanessa were extraordinarily professional, compassionate, and very fun. The computers were functioning abnormally however, Bri and Vanessa complemented by Miss Tiffany were able to book our room as well as other customers that were in line and a very expeditious manner. Thank you to Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable nights stay in our journey of many miles. , However, in our prescreen of the rules, we appreciated the topic of service pets only. But, of the 3+ pets that we saw, none of which were marked Service dogs. My wife and I have allergies that are challenged by certain pets. Our room didn’t trigger any major issues. However, our Spidey senses did pick up on the pet friendly environment. Please accept this as a politically neutral way of expressing our displeasure."

"The place is stunning. I loved it. The food in the little restaurant was very good, game on at the bar and a breakfast bar with decent food and good coffee in the am. Bonus - sitting on the patio listening to the fountain while eating breakfast with my pup. I will be back!"

"Fun, funky and comfortable place to stay for me and my dog. James had everything prepared for our arrival and made it all easy. I love that the shower and toilet are in separate rooms, and I also love I was able to do a quick load of laundry. Bonus convenience: Dollar General is right next door! This was my third time staying at this place, and it won't be my last."
