Great property

Great location and close to the beach. The property has everything you’ll need - nice porch, pool, beach chairs and toys, bikes, outdoor grill. It has it all!!

Siesta key anniversaries

My wife and I, my brother and his wife all celebrated our anniversaries in Siesta Key. Weather, beach and waves were great! Found a couple excellent restaurants locally and in Longboat. Very very nice!

Great stay!

This three bedroom condo is right across the street from the beach. All of the conveniences necessary for a relaxing stay. The pool is a perfect size and fenced in area gives you all the privacy you need. Easy to use computer terminal/screen provides up to date information at your fingertips. The balcony area is very comfortable and great for people watching or just enjoying the ocean view. Would stay there again!

Beautiful

It was a very pretty home, with wonderful views. The management was great. Right across from the public beach, which was beautiful. The only thing that was a bother was there were a lot of teenagers on their own and they were very loud at night.

Best beach in USA

The unit more than met our expectations. Very well equipped and comfortable. We much enjoyed the patio overlooking one of the best beaches in the world. Amazing view and sunsets! It is a short walk to the village which was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic beach/golf/family holiday.

Amazing Spring Break 2017!!!

Jackie and Nick were amazing to work with- especially after finding out our original VRBO booking was cancelled due to overbooking. We were stressed trying to find another place. The townhome is absolutely gorgeous with everything you can think of to make your stay the best! The view every morning off your porch is worth every penny.

Spring Break 2021

This Villa Vista Mare is a great offering! The unit is furnished very nicely and comfortable and with great amenities. The pool and the pool area were also nicely appointed and offered a great place to relax. The availability of bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, and beach toys was also very nice. The locations was great; right across the street from beach access and the deepest part of the beach offering lots of private space even during spring break. We were just minutes from restaurants and stores by car or bike.

Beautiful Condo with a Great Location

The condo was extremely well-kept and clean. The front porch was wonderful and where we spent most of our time- taking in the amazing view. It was definitely disappointing being on such a busy road, the traffic was loud and made it hard to enjoy in the evenings. The condo has everything you need for the beach at your disposal, and the beach entry was directly across the street. This place is also walking distance from the popular street of restaurants and grocery stores.

Siesta Key

The unit had everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be returning. There were plenty of beach toys and activities for kids to do. Our girls age 3 LOVED the elevator. The only complaint I would have is the child lock on the pool entrance is broken. It should be fixed so children can’t open the gate.

Great property and even better location, but

Everything with the property was great. The location is right across the beach from access 11. We did not utilize the pool at all so I can not on that other than it looked clean for the most part. The only downside with the place was the air conditioning, the back 2 bedrooms had very low air flow. We utilized the provided fans but it got warm at night. I will say the elevators that they have to the individual floors was great moving heavy luggage up and down during check in and check out.

Siesta Key Villa Stay

Our stay at the Villa was very nice. Description of property was very accurate. Communication with the management company was excellent. View from our balcony was entertaining and beautiful. Lots of people watching to be had. The internet signal is very weak and not dependable. We were very disappointed with the kitchen and laundry amenities. There weren’t “left behind” detergents, plastic wraps, salt and pepper, items usually found at other homes we have rented. We left our items but I suspect they won’t be there for the next guests. This may sound silly but to have those items available is extremely helpful when running the dishwasher and washing machine and for basic cooking. It just took me back for the price point of this Villa. Just be prepared to buy everything you need on day 1.

Villa Vista Mare was great. The location and view were outstanding. The private pool was great to have when you came back from the beach. Description was accurate and the place was amazing. We would stay there again.

This property has everything, the only thing you need to bring is your luggage. Location is perfect, super easy walk to the beach and the village. We had a wonderful stay.
