"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed"
