The reception staff was rather aloof or just plain not interested in helping anyone. It cost $30.00 a day to park your car and their "American" breakfast cost about $25 per person. On the other hand, the cleaning staff was extremely polite and helpful.

We arrived with two parties, both of our parties had to switch rooms after arriving. One had cockroaches in their room and our other room was incredibly hot with barely working AC. The entire hotel was very warm but even after switching the room was barely tolerable. The hotel is run down and poorly kept. Location for seeing a show at the Fillmore was the only redeeming quality.

Agree booking reservation and arriving to location we are told the hotel was sold out and was not properly accommodated. The staff was very unprofessional and did not provide acceptable customer service to multiple patrons.

DID NOT EXCEPT CASH, EVEN AT THE BAR. A/C BARELY WORKED. NO BREAKFAST !!! WILL NEVER BE BACK. GOING TO DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD.
