We rated it good because technically nothing is wrong with the property and it is convenient to the redline if you are looking to have good access to DC. Why good overall not great: the surrounding property is shabby and unkempt. In our unit specifically, the kitchen sink was not fastened and loose. The bathroom sink was 90% slow verging clogged. Being a homeowner - this just felt run down and the main property which you have to walk by……
