“Overall our stay was fine. The room air conditioning could have been more robust. Afternoon/ evening sun even with the curtain closed tightly still seemed to tax the A.C with our room facing west. Suggest a traveler request a room facing “east” instead. Our two night stay required us to vacate the hotel at 12:45 am on the second night. Electric Power went out at 12:20am . Room became to hot, so we left and drove several hours late at night to our home.”

“The room was clean at first look. But the air conditioner vent was dirty (I cleaned it) and there were cobwebs above the curtain, but that was it. There was a busted floor tile and they glued it down, there was also a threshold thing that was sticking up that I scraped my foot on (didn't cut me). Pool was very nice, just aged.”

“We paid the premium to stay at Key West Cottages as compared to other properties in Chincoteague because of the location, property amenities and all of the great reviews. With two young kids we wanted a place we could relax and enjoy without having a schedule or planning too many activities around the island. It met and even exceeded our expectations. We saw them clean the pool each morning and walk around the property to do daily maintenance to keep the property pristine. We all loved the pool……
