I was disappointed with a few aspects of my recent stay. At check-in, the female receptionist came across as rude and condescending, which made the arrival experience less welcoming than expected. The cleanliness of the room was below standard. The bed lining did not appear fresh, and I had concerns about whether unused towels and face cloths are routinely changed between guests. I hope management will address these issues, as the property has potential with some improvements in service and hygiene standards.
