"The staff is great "

"Refrigerator was missing the plastic door on the freezer so everything froze even with the fridge set to lowest setting. Internet didn't work at night. Was 0.1 mbps. TVs locked into cable mode only so leave your Roku sticks at home unless you have a universal remote for samsung. Shower was stuck in shower only mode for those weirdos that like a bath. Breakfast was fine but no longer hot breakfast. Just mini muffins and bars and fruit.(Google maps shows the yester-years). Low review is mostly for the horrible wifi. So easy to fix. "

"This is my preferred resort to stay at when I'm in the area for work. Love the resort grounds and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating and courteous. Good place to relax at after a day of work."

"I have stayed here several times and it has been consistent in great staff interactions and cleanliness every time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the spa was having issues this trip."

"It was not clear that the property was a focused on a resort. I did not appreciate the very strong upsell and push to attend information sessions about the property. The entire reason to book a property through expedia is for a no fuss process. I want to check in, get to my room and go about my business. Also- It's UNACCEPTABLE in 2026 that a hotel charge for basic WiFi access. Period. Roll it into the price. DON'T request creation of an account and charge separately. Lastly, This could be a mistake by the worldmark staff but when trying to access the amenities on the site I was directed toward the resort staff turned me informing that worldmark is NOT part of the resort and should have issued me an amenities card separate of the wristband provided. Again, absolutely NOT a no Fuss process. I understand the business model and won't argue the attraction for some vacationers but it does not seem compatible with listing on expedia. You should de-list or make your listing MUCH CLEARER avoid confusion by travelers like myself looking for something you are not."

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"
