“Everything was great; there was a dude at the front desk the whole time that was awesome and very very helpful”

“Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. Obviously a pipe had broken and there was water everywhere. All the clothes in my suitcase were soaked, so had to wear the same clothes the next day. I only chose this hotel as it was the……

“This place was perfect. I have no complaints I would just recommend a sign be put up by the gas fireplace stating for it not to be turned off. After reading the message again I saw that it was not to be turned off, however, I missed it. We got it up and running again. Not a big deal. Great stay though.”
