I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. “Very clean hotel with pretty good breakfast choices and with an extremely convenient location just steps from the main attractions. I didn’t have to use Uber/public transport anywhere. The only areas of opportunity would be the AC as the room got a bit warm at night and I had to sleep with the window open while it was raining. And… it wouldn’t hurt if the staff at the front desk showed at least minimal facial emotion but I guess that’s the Scandinavian hospitality standard.”
