"We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance. We were assigned a first-floor room near the employee area and close to the front desk. Throughout the night, I could hear people walking and talking outside as if there were no sound insulation at all. Unfortunately, I was unable to get any sleep. The Jacuzzi also did not work. The front desk staff mentioned that there was a switch on the wall, but after spending more than 30 minutes looking for it, I was unable to find it. I'm still not sure which switch he was referring to. If the switch is not easy to locate, the hotel should provide clear instructions or signage in the room for guests. Overall, this stay was disappointing and did not feel worth the $250 room rate."
