"We arrived and were given a room assignment and key. Entering our room we found it not serviced by housekeeping. TV on, bed a mess. Totally not acceptable. Staff at desk were put out they had to relocate us and not apologetic. Told me to come back later as they would TRY to get in touch with housekeeping ..."

"The treehouse was very secluded even though it was only 2 miles from downtown. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the creek. The treehouse was clean and well stocked. The host was quick to answer any questions."
