Great location, conveniently located near downtown Washington. Made enjoying the downtown waterfront area a breeze. Customer service is great, and pricing is very reasonable. Clean rooms and an easy stay. 5 stars.

The hotel is a very affordable place to stay, especially during busy college weekends. The staff was great, but the rooms need to be updated. I had three small pillows on my bed. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was falling apart. The cushions in our window seat had been Marked up by a pen. There was a weed stench in the hallways. We’ve stayed here three times and this will probably be the last time. There are not a lot of options in Greenville so if you’re not too picky and want a cheaper place to stay, just don’t have any expectations on your room.

Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Restaurant was nice but getting seated when walking in from the hotel entrance side was not great. I will stay here again.

Room was very clean I chose smoking, I also wanted to be upstairs carpet was very clean no issues checking in easy and staff was friendly!!
