"I had no idea it was off-season and they shut down for a short time. All the shops was shut down. I think there was like two or three restaurants open. It was very dead. "Appreciated the suite style rooms. Location is a little precarious to walk to the Snowmass Village & Mall, yet quieter for the same reason. Note the daily cost of mandatory valet use even though there’s a free garage within walking distance. The lounge is gorgeous and food quality of the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend using your resort credit for breakfasts there. And using the terrace with pool & hot tubs as much as possible to make the resort charges worth it."

"Overall we had a good stay. Our only real negaive was that that both days of our stay, the water temperature was not good. In our group, a couple showers barely got warm water, while others it was fairly cold. Also, it was disappointing the resturant was closed due to the slow season timing, so there were no onsite food or drink options available."
