“I can’t say enough about the staff here! So kind, thoughtful, and go above and beyond! The property is in a great location and the breakfast terrace is dreamy. I stayed in two different categories. The 1st floor room is huge, and well taken care of with tons of closet space and a sitting area. The upper level room was smaller and more cozy, but had an incredible walk-out balcony with lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am back in Taormina.”

“We loved our beautiful room. It was spacious with large modern closet space. The bed was so comfortable and the black out curtains let us have a nice sleep. The bathroom’s double showers were such a great addition. We used the valet parking service because we had a lot of luggage. It was convenient for us. “The location was perfect and the penthouse unit was suburb. Has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. On Saturday night there were a lot of young adult locals partying loud and late in the front parking area which was annoying and disruptive to our sleep ”

“The hotel is indeed an old palace. It is, in fact, a historical palace smack in the center of Taormina, with great views of both Vesuvio and the sea, and directly accessing the pedestrian-only area of the town. Also, it is indeed old... with wooden floors, classic decor, vintage furniture, etc. Our room (a junior suite) was spacios and well appointed, with a great view, and a very comfortable bed. The real star of the show, however, is the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay……

“The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. ”
