Ranches in Somerset

We really liked the design of the hotel & the rooms. The king bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big, and we liked that the shear shade was a picture of trees! :-) The breakfast had many options, and the staff made sure it was fully stocked. The front desk people were super friendly and the check-in was quick & easy. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 6 minute drive to Battleship Cove & Narrows Center for the Arts.

Check in was fine, no elevator and could not get washer to work. Gentlemen at the front desk did not seem to care.

Great place and affordable accommodations. Convenient location

We always enjoy staying here, Riverview is the only place we book when coming to the area. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always so polite and helpful. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms always have extras. The rooms are big and you have plenty of space to move around. We like to stay on the riverside, it provides a nice view and in the warmer weather it is nice to sit out on the balcony. This spring there was cute little wild life (bunnies, birds and ducks) around...

Location convenient to my destination.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great but seating area was small. In a busy area and close to restaurants. Houses next to the hotel were either abandoned or severely neglected. However the area was safe.

Loved the hotel, very clean and new. Beds were comfortable, the pool and spa were clean and well stocked with towels. The restaurant convenient.. My only complaints were that several times I attempted to call the front desk as well as the "Bistro" and no one picked up. After several tries, I physically went down to the desk for service. The elevators were not marked and difficult to find without assistance from the staff. And I would have loved to be able to rent a movie.

Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly and Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly check-in was a breeze. Nanci at the bar first class service, and her food was amazing. The room was pristine, and I was very satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Clean

The room was clean, I couldn’t find the laundry at first but the gal at the desk said she was new and we’d find it together. I didn’t make to the breakfast bar, but it smelled good on my way by. Air conditioning worked.

Close to Newport. Very clean, modern with friendly staff.

The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

Very nice property. Clean and convenient to the airport.

The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend staying here

Room is very clean and the location is convenient for everything.
