“Nicely updated rooms in an older motor coach motel, which is not a bad thing. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making each small room work well for guests. No real amenities or free breakfast, but if you're like me, you choose this property as a less expensive option with reasonable proximity to Newport. Highly recommend it for what it is, good job owners!”

“This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had a terrible sour, soiled smell that immediately made it feel dirty and unsanitary. It wasn’t a minor odor, it was strong, lingering, and extremely unpleasant. The condition of the room was just as concerning. The air conditioner was literally hanging out of the window, and there were outlets with the protective covers missing, which felt unsafe and showed a serious lack of basic maintenance. “Hot tub was not available to use it was part of a suite. Miss lead in booking. Room was awful. 3 inch gab on the door. Bugs entered. No trash barrel. Coffee pot broken. Pool was ok and entertainment was great at the pub. Floors were not clean. We did alert front desk about the door issue maintenance never came.”

“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”
