“Our family enjoyed staying at this rental house, which was near Newport Beach House, for a wedding. It is a beautiful house with water views and well stocked. It was great having a bathroom for every bedroom. There was plenty of parking space and a nice yard for a litlle throwing of the football. We would recommend it to anyone.”

“Great house to spend the weekend in. The weather was lousy but the house provided the perfect place for our girls weekend together. Our host was very responsive but no issues arose during our stay. Favorite feature of the house was the large dining table and kitchen!”

“We booked this property months in advance specifically because the listing stated it slept 5. After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. Despite the confusion, we kept our reservation.When we arrived, there were not enough towels or bedding for 5 people. One person on the trundle had no bedding at all. We reached out to the host about the discrepancy and were told the listing would be updated, but that did not help our……

“We came to Newport for the Newport Jazz Festivsl. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Kelly was the most responsive and truly helpful host I have ever met!! The place was spotless. The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and the floors dust-free. The sofa was super comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. The home was also quiet and air-conditioned. We could not have been happier! ”

“The house was very nice. I do think you may need to have a conversation with your cleaning crew. The lower level shower did not appear clean and had multiple pieces of hair attached to the walls of it. Additionally the floors had lots of “dust bunny’s” and hair. It seems as though they need to do a better job with the cleaning- this however is a reflection of the cleaning crew not the house and if I were the host I would want to know which is why I’m sharing with you. The property manager……

“Booked this property for my bachelorette party. Planned our entire itinerary around Newport and surrounding areas, my friends worked day and night to make decorations for me. We show up and there was already another group in the house!! Host was NOT helpful AT ALL. Sent countless texts, messages, calls, DID NOT PICK UP. Had to scramble to find alternative accomodations. Thanks for nothing.”
