Mr Sibasish Sasmal the Restaurant Manager was so efficiently managing the whole dining area. There were so many guests but everyone was being given a personalised experience. The variety as well as the quality of food was amazing. I rarely write reviews about my stay at hotels but this Holiday Inn surpassed all my expectations. Each and every staff member is so efficient and willing to help, even the lady at the phone managing one touch service. Excellent service and a big thank you to the Holiday Inn Chennai staff members for making my stay at their hotel such a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit them again."
