“Everything went extremely well. Communication was excellent. We had a few questions ant the owners were both quick to respond. Furnished beautifully, the area has plenty to do, restaurants and the waterfront within walking distance. Close to downtown and other points of interest. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet.We have it as a place to stay again when we return to Tacoma. Defiantly would recommend as a place to stay.”

“Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.”

“The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”

“Really easy to work with everyone here, and it's a really good location at a really good price. Everything we needed for the two of us, in an efficient, clean and well thought out place. “We had a great stay! Views were amazing and the home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Ron made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the area felt safe and secure. I plan to book here in the future. Overall great stay! ”

“We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. “We had a wonderful stay at the duplex 2BR Ski and Hike Retreat. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the access to downtown Enumclaw, the quiet location, and the lovely decor of this VRBO. I would look forward to renting this in the future for my next visit to Enumclaw and the surrounding area.”

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk.
