“This place is a joke! It looked good on the pictures and it was cheap. But I made a mistake. Let me tell u why. I booked for 3 nights. There was no checkin counter. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. From the front door of the building and the street which literally a car can passby was 12 inches. This is wrong. They could have built an illegal structure building. I’ve……

“Nice location and helpful staff. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t in the best condition. The kitchen is old and needs replacing , the wardrobe and bedside cabinets are also old and cheap looking. Everything in this particular unit were done on the cheap. One good thing, nice high floor !”

“It’s a super hotel as all Citadines are around the region if I had to have a moan it’s that there can be some traffic noise but it doesn’t affect a good nights sleep And there always seems to be flies buzzing around the room maybe mosquitos I’m guessing the staff air the room before each guest ‘ but that seems to let in a few flies My second stay here and both times the safe is locked !! I know you can call down and get it unlocked but other properties will insist the safe is open on leaving……

"The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. "
