DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The staff are a bunch of liars. I was overcharged for a room that I booked through a third-party company. The hotel told the third-party company they tried to contact me by phone, but they never did. They also claimed I didn't show up until after 3:00 p.m., when I actually arrived a little after 2:00 p.m. Check-in wasn't even until 3:00 p.m., and I can prove what time I arrived. I paid for this room because I needed somewhere to stay after driving 8 hours for a funeral, and my family was staying at this hotel. When I got to my room, it smelled terrible. I reported it to the front desk, but they acted like I was complaining about nothing and never came to check it. Later that night, while I was taking a shower, I looked behind the toilet and found a dirty baby diaper. I had no children with me, so it had to have been left by the previous guest. That shows the room was not cleaned properly. I have pictures to prove it. Around 1:00 a.m., I went downstairs and reported it. The front desk employee told me he would come remove it. I stayed awake until 3:00 a.m. waiting, but he never showed up. When I woke up around 7:00 a.m., the diaper was still there. I went back downstairs and spoke to another employee, who acted like I was bothering him. He finally came upstairs and removed it. The worst part was that he claimed he had come to my room and knocked on the door at 3:00 a.m., but when he got off the elevator, he walked the wrong direction because he

Needs updated pretty badly, as in the carpet in our room was ripped. No stairs though we knew this from the property details. Not bad commute to Paycor stadium. Easy to find and freeway access. A few food/ gas choices nearby. Fridge was cold. A/C was cold. Bedbug check was negative. Bed was comfortable enough. What else could you want?
