“Not clean bad smell”

“Overall adequate. There was some damage around the home, stairs chipped, holes in walls, broken cupboards, bedroom tables damaged, and the carpet in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen is pretty dirty. The floors looked clean, but when you walked around in your socks, your socks got really dirty. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There were only 3 forks, no glasses only coffee mugs, no baking sheets. The broiler pan was rusted...The seating in the common area was not very comfortable. May……

Any question’s I had she responded in a timely manner, conveniently located close to the Kia forum so if you’re attending an event there highly recommend to stay we did take a Uber and drop off time was about five minutes. I think my favorite part about the home was it smelled clean and nice as soon as you walked in the house smelled good. I was perfect for our girls trip if you’re coming in more than one vehicle, the driveway fits two cars perfectly which we also……
