Was awful communication, they also forgot to leave our parking permit and pool bands. They tried to have us leave before our check out time.

Needs upgrades for the amount being charged.
Bedroom fan didn’t work and missing pull chain. Bedroom missing turn rod to open blinds. Bathroom light bulb was out. Side of refrigerator rusted by counter. Dirty towel was left on kitchen counter. Internet sucks .really slow

Nice, but not as good as a few years back
Getting a parking permit took over an hour, and several calls to Vacas to get it done. WiFi was the WORST I've ever experienced at a hotel or condo - internet speeds like we were back in the 80's - literally NOTHING would load, be it Facebook or any Google search. Also, AT&T phone service was almost non-existent, but did work better than the WiFi. The swimming pool, while a nice size, was never open to guests in the morning since maintenance kept on cleaning/adding chemicals, which prevented my daughter to enjoy the pool before heading out to either the beach or Schlitterbahn.

Basic 1 bedroom condo with 2 beds. Listed amenity of washer/ dryer being private was not true. It was within the building, but shared, just like the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts obviously were. Not new, but clean and comfortable.
