Guests will be allowed ONE personal ( commercial vehicles, RVs, boats will not be allowed) vehicle parking with your VRBO reservation. You will need to share the license plate of your vehicle you will be arriving in once you book so we can inform our HOA to allow that vehicle to be parked during the length of your booked stay. Vehicles left in parking outside the booked time windows will be subject to towing enforcement. ***

BEFORE BOOKING, READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE: We can safely accommodate MAX 2 adults + 2 Kids. Your party can have a Maximum of 2 Adults (adults are individuals older than 18 years of age) and a Maximum of 2 Kids (kids are individuals less than 18 years of age) during the entire length of the stay. This condition is listed in our rental agreement that you agree to when you book with us. If your party has more than 2 Adults, please do not book with us as it will be considered a breach of agreement.

You’ll love our condo because of proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Our place is good for families (with kids), couples and business travelers.

In our condo you'll enjoy convenience and the comforts of a home away from home.

Our one bed one bath condo is clean, elegant, spacious & tastefully furnished. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, living room with sofa bed, high-speed internet & cable TV, a relaxing bedroom with very comfortable memory foam mattress. The complex is updated and well-kept.

The living room and bedroom each have access to the spacious bathroom, ideal for small group of 4. The kitchen opens to the living room for an open concept and easy conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials for those who wish to enjoy meals at home.

Great location
This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.

Great accomidations, some minor furniture replacements needed but overall function was there. I would suggest more kitchen linens (dish cloths, rug) but overall great furnishings. Great communications with So is and Susan. Would rent again in the future.

This location on SPI, for the most part is excellent for beach access just a short walk away and for the amenities available. However, what the host does not tell you, is there is a bar directly behind the unit's only bedroom that plays live music until 10 - 10:30 each night. That's probably okay for the party person, but if you're used to going to bed early because you're a morning person, it presents a problem sleeping. Additionally, the hot water for bathing and showering is limited to an on demand tankless system that often leaves you with Luke warm shower and hand sink water. Forget taking a bath. You had to let it run for an inordinate amount of time. Lastly, Sonia, our manager in reporting our hot water problem only communicated by email and appeared defensive and argumentative. "Not Good," when you're the customer.

They need to replace one of the beach chairs. Ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. The living room chairs should be cleaned or replaced. We really enjoyed our stay and the manager was very helpful. We had a very fast response and came over quickly to help. The kitchen was stocked very well.

Great little place
Overall it was a great stay. Pros: -walking distance to beaches, restaurants - short driving distance to grocery stores and shops - kitchen was well equipped (just had to buy dishsoap and sponge) - extra linen and pillows provided - TV and streaming avaliable - 2 recliners Cons: - some spots on the floor were sticky - found some cups and plates that were unclean in the cupboards - the bar that is close by was a bit loud and some singers were just terrible 😂 - no laundry unit avaliable but laundromat was about 4 mins drive ( spend about $10 to wash and dry a big load of laundry)

Great location for our getaway
Perfect for our family of 3. Really enjoyed the closeness to the beach; just a short walk. I really liked the hidden gem rt behind us; a small hidden neighborhood bar. Walked over on our last night & had a few drinks and really enjoyed the music. Perfect ending to our perfect getaway. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place!

Nice sized condo for a single or couple, if you have kids they’ll enjoy the bunk beds. Place was clean and cool which is nice on the Island. The overall temps are not high but the sun is always out. Great lighting, good shower, good kitchen and accessories.

Great time
The condo was great. The music from the bar was a little loud and played to late. The water was hot or cold and the bathtub could have used a plug. Overall it was a great experience because we walked the beech,fished and enjoyed relaxing.

Could use help
First day there we had to wash dishes we wanted to use and clean out the refrigerator and freezer of left-over items. Took a showerstood in water up to my ankles. I had to go buy needle nose pliers to clean the tub drain of a large amount of hair. Sent a picture to host all I got was thanks a ton response. It worked for a first time but found we could have got more bang for less buck
