"We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We didn’t even feel the need to drive anywhere with the ocean right across the street. We loved sitting on the front deck watching the whales. Our dogs loved the backyard. It gave them plenty of room to run and play and we really appreciated how well it was enclosed to keep our fur babies safe. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This house is excellent! Having the small convenience store/ deli next door is amazing. The place is the perfect size for a family of 4 to 6. We would see tons of birds and animals from the two balconies. We had an amazing time. Savannah is very easy to get a hold of and the house of gorgeous! We already booked another stay. "
"This home worked out well for our extended family of 7 to celebrate by MIL's birthday on the coast. While it is a short walk to the marina, there is no beach access. The house is clean and lovely. Lots of room for everyone. Beds are comfy. The location is central and within short driving distances to most shops, restaurants, and coastal access. Myra is easy to communicate with and very receptive. Would stay here again. Thank you."

"Great house - the kids loved the foosball table and the hot tub. The adults loved the hot tub and the view from the hot tub. Close to many attractions - tide pooling at Shell Beach, rolling down the sand dunes and kayaking at Salmon Creek. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. House had almost everything we needed - the only thing we needed but could not find were the BBQ utensils."

"This is the second time we have stayed at the Heron’s Nest. If it’s possible we enjoyed it more this time. The views are breathtaking. I think the little sitting area nook overlooking the bay where you can sit watch, sip some coffee, and read… it’s worth the price of admission. If you come you might stop at a grocery store inland because the options are pricey. Restaurants are good locally though.

"We booked this place as a homebase to explore Bodega Bay, Bodega, and Occidental for a Hitchcock lover's birthday weekend. The property was easy to find and absolutely charming! It had everything we needed for two couples and a small pup to enjoy for the weekend. Walking down to the foggy marina or along the road in the morning was magical and we loved the fenced in area for the dog to hang off leash. The smell of eucalyptus greets you when you walk out and there's a lovely view of the harbor. "
