I was told before I booked that it would be free for my unit but was given no info. on how to access it for free, Apparently I needed some info. that no one was able to give me so I ended up having to pay for it. And the second of course is the pressure...

This is the first time a host has done this, but it was a huge problem. When we called VRBO they couldn't resolve it. I was on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes.
