“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “The hotel was clean with a nice room and convenient to get to. My only complaint is before we got there they made me pay more for their hotel tub, and game room. One of us used the hot tub once in two nights and we never went to the other part at all.”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“The room had no table or desk. The mattress was nice and firm. Very good bakery across the street for breakfast.”
